Haerder - Center, Lübeck:
the new shopping experience in the old part of the city of Lübeck

Since autumn 2008 the Haerder-Center has enriched Lübeck’s retail trade. The centre was developed on the site once occupied by the traditional “Haerder” department store at the very heart of Lübeck’s trading and commercial district. Located opposite the Kohlmarkt, the Haerder-Center in Lübeck is located at the intersection of the main shopping streets of Breite Straße, Holstenstraße and Königstraße and is integrated into the pedestrianized zone in the old part of the city.
The numerous bus routes stopping directly in front of the centre and the 200 spaces provided in the facility’s own underground car park ensure that the Haerder-Center Lübeck is perfectly accessible.
The Haerder-Center Lübeck extends over 13,500 m² of rental space and provides an attractive mix of tenants. Retail areas are spread over a total of four levels, ranging from the basement to the second floor. The third storey will feature around 2,000 m² of appealing office space offering panoramic views over the city of Lübeck.
The impressively designed facade of the Haerder-Center Lübeck provides an optical highlight. The mall is flooded with light and offers a modern and transparent shopping experience. The Haerder-Center Lübeck represents high-quality retail services set within an historic context.
